Welcome to Corbtitan. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at Corbtitan.

1 – General
You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at  [email protected] All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. Corbtitan reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. Corbtitan holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

2 – Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by DHL or FedEx depending on the country you reside in. You will recieve a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Corbtitan will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received.

a. Shipping destinations and shipping fees
Estimated delivery time is 7-14 working days, if anything else is not announced.
Shipping fees specified in US Dollar will be displayed at checkout before the final payment step. You’ll get free shipping on orders above a certain amount, see more in our FAQ.

b. Uncollected packages
If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.

c. Customs and import fees
You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authority or local FedEx branch.

3 – Payment
You have the following options:
– Credit card (Mastercard/VISA/Diners/American Express)
– Paypal

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Corbtitan reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. Corbtitan can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.

4 – Returns

You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 14 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. You will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account.

Our returns policy
You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.

a. Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged can be  exchange. Please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
